On Friday, June 6th, I got to photograph the lovely wedding of Brynnagh and Louis at Edinburgh City Chambers. It was a small, relaxed celebration with about 30 of their closest people - full of love, laughter, and real connection.
The ceremony was simple and heartfelt - it felt like everyone was truly present, no distractions, just two people making a promise surrounded by the folks who matter most.
After the "I dos" and some warm, slightly emotional hugs, we headed outside to capture that classic City Chambers exit. The light was just right and those few minutes felt really special.
We took a short wander around the Royal Mile for some couple portraits, and honestly, these were some of my favourite moments of the day. Nothing too posed or formal - just the two of them being themselves, soaking in the quiet between all the excitement. They were completely at ease with each other, and it made my job super easy.
We grabbed some group shots before everyone made their way to Lind & Lime at The Shore for the reception. That place was such a cool choice - stylish but laid-back, and totally suited to the vibe of the day.
Even though I was only there for 4 hours, it felt like I captured a whole story. So many natural, in-between moments that really show what the day was all about.
